We are seeking an experienced and motivatedCustomer Service Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead our customer service department, ensuring outstanding service delivery and creating a positive experience for our clients.

As the first point of contact for escalated issues, you will play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction, managing a team of support staff, and streamlining service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure prompt responses to client enquiries
  • Handle escalated complaints and provide resolutions in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and improvement plans
  • Train, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality service
  • Analyse customer service data and report on team performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UK customer service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, HR, Operations) to enhance service delivery
