We are seeking a proactive and reliable Human Resources Officer to support the company’s HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and record-keeping. This role is essential in ensuring our internal HR processes are efficient, legally compliant, and supportive of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment cycles, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing

Conduct onboarding, contract management, and induction for new hires

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Support with HR compliance, audits, and visa sponsorship duties

Coordinate training schedules and development plans

Handle disciplinary procedures, staff grievances, and welfare matters

Liaise with payroll, accounts, and external providers

Support directors in maintaining positive staff engagement
Requirements
✅ Experience in a similar HR role (minimum 1–2 years)
✅ Knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies, and GDPR
✅ Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management
✅ CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (preferred)
✅ Right to work in the UK (visa support may be offered for suitable candidates)
