What We Are Looking For:
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Create and developing menus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences
- Orchestrate kitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflows.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing proper sanitation practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.
- Effectively managing time to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.
Ideal Contractor:
- Must be hard working and Honest.
- Must be catering or food hygiene certificate.
- Must have previous experience as a cook or a chef.
- Must hold a valid DBS.
- Be confident and able to engage with others.
