What We Are Looking For:​
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Create and developing menus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences
  • Orchestrate kitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflows.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing proper sanitation practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.
  • Effectively managing time to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.
Ideal Contractor:
  • Must be hard working and Honest.
  • Must be catering or food hygiene certificate.
  • Must have previous experience as a cook or a chef.
  • Must hold a valid DBS.
  • Be confident and able to engage with others.
