Job Description
We are looking for a certified and experience healthcare assistant
Role and Responsibilities:
- To be an integral part of the team to support with all aspects of the care role.
- Providing support with mobility and helping service users move around.
- Assist service users with personal care (undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, pad changes).
- Assist service users with their meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensuring the comfort and safety of the service users, including the maintenance of a clean and organized environment.
- Use any mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
- Communicate with other colleagues and senior level staff.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service user’s activities, update notes accordingly in care plans etc.
Ideal Contractor:
- Must be hard working and honest.
- Must have a valid care training certificate.
- Must be experienced in a care setting.
- Must have minimum of 3 months previous experience in a care setting.
- Must hold a current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Must be willing to get paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Must have experience in customer service.
