Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Human Resources Officer to support the company’s HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and record-keeping. This role is essential in ensuring our internal HR processes are efficient, legally compliant, and supportive of our workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment cycles, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing

  • Conduct onboarding, contract management, and induction for new hires

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

  • Support with HR compliance, audits, and visa sponsorship duties

  • Coordinate training schedules and development plans

  • Handle disciplinary procedures, staff grievances, and welfare matters

  • Liaise with payroll, accounts, and external providers

  • Support directors in maintaining positive staff engagement


Requirements

✅ Experience in a similar HR role (minimum 1–2 years)
✅ Knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies, and GDPR
✅ Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management
✅ CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (preferred)
✅ Right to work in the UK (visa support may be offered for suitable candidates)
